Welcome to Vesuvius Enterprise Limited. By engaging our services, requesting sourcing consultations, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Vesuvius Enterprise Limited and our clients. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, educational institution, NGO, or government entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

Vesuvius Enterprise Limited provides general supply services, including but not limited to office supplies, PPE, cleaning materials, branding items, ICT accessories, furniture, and related products.

While we make every effort to display and describe the specifications of our products as accurately as possible, actual items supplied may sometimes vary slightly in packaging or minor cosmetic elements due to manufacturer updates, provided that the product utility and performance remain equal or superior.

• All quotations are valid for the period indicated on the quotation document.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on market conditions and supplier pricing.
• Any additional work or changes requested after quotation approval may attract extra charges.

• Orders shall only be processed upon confirmation by the client.
• Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances shall not make the company liable for damages.

• Payments shall be made as per the agreed terms indicated on the invoice or quotation.
• Late payments may result in delayed deliveries or suspension of services.
• Goods supplied remain the property of Vesuvius Enterprise Limited until full payment is made.

• Any complaint regarding supplied goods or services must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
• Returns shall only be accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied goods subject to verification.

Vesuvius Enterprise Limited shall not be held liable for indirect losses, damages, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, industrial actions, port delays, customs check holds, national transport disruptions, or manufacturer supply shocks.

Client information, transaction parameters, price sheets, and operational documents shall be handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. We do not disclose internal procurement requirements or project margins to unauthorized third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of the engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.
